Clearwater Commons Houses and Buildings

Townhouses and Single Family Homes.

To keep the architectural and construction costs down, we elected to design two basic floorplans and use those for the basis of all the houses on the site. Townhouses are an offset joining of the two designs that will maximize sunlight going into each unit. These designs are at a "schematic" level. This early design has enough detail to determine the footprints for the site permits. The internal details will change as we refine the designs.

Common House

The Common House is in the early design phase. It will be the central indoor gathering place at the Commons with room for sharing meals, activities and parties, a kitchen, restrooms, quiet places to sit and relax , wifi access and outdoor space for barbeques..

Cabana

Adjacent to the Common House and overlooking our wildlife pond, the Cabana is another place to gather. It will have an outdoor barbecue and a screened, bug-free area for picnics.

Parking Lot Shed

This building can store tools for car maintenance and gardening and other "garage" kinds of things.

Shop

Members are combining tools to create a shared workspace for personal and Commons projects. There will be storage cubbies for personal tool storage.

Garden Shed

Another shared tool and work area for gardening and site maintenance.
